Abstract

The study focused on identifying factors that influence the marketing of multi-brand mobile to consumers. Primary data was collected to evaluate several factors that influence the purchasing behavior of customers in mobile retail outlets. The study found Customers prefer multi-brand mobile retail stores that arecloser to their locality. It also found that fv1ulti-Brand retail stores offer a better experience and ambience to the customers.
