This paper tries to study, different parameters of customers while going for their hosting provider are analyzed to understand the factors influencing customers buying behavior during the purchase of hosting in order to " go online ". The objective is to figure out that what are various parameters that customers take into account while buying hosting from Godaddy and Bigrock and what parameters make them chose their hosting provider.. For this data is collected from customers, web developers, small and medium business owners by survey method through questionnaire tool, on the basis of that a detailed analysis was done about the brand preferences of Hosting provider. The product performance and buying behavior was analyzed on the basis of parameters like - price, quality, technology, products offered , security ,brand and advertisement of both Godaddy and Bigrock.
