The study aims to examine the effectiveness of SBI RSETI programs in promoting economic empowerment among marginalized communities, particularly SC/ST youth, through skill development and entrepreneurship. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from SBI RSETI participants. The key findings reveal significant improvements in entrepreneurial skills, access to financial resources, and income generation among SC/ST youth following their participation in SBI RSETI programs. Moreover, the study highlights the role of SBI RSETIs in fostering inclusive growth, reducing socio-economic disparities, and promoting sustainable livelihoods among marginalized communities in Telangana. The causes for the neurological disorder may vary from infections, injury on the brain, spinal cord, or in the nerve, congenital abnormalities, and the lifestyle of an individual, environmental health problem like malnutrition, polio, or genetic disorder. Personalized medicine is a sort of customized medicine for the patients by getting the information about a person’s genes, proteins to thwart, diagnose or know the form of medicine to treat the diseases. Traditional medicine may limit to cure of the disease by taking a long duration of time or might cause some side effects. This can be conquered by personalized medicine by taking care of every person’s genetic information and framing the more effective drugs which help in preempting disease progression by choosing the medicine which exactly suits and works well on the patient’s body condition. The advantage of this personalized medicine in health care is that it reduces the cost, the occurrence of failure rate in pharmaceuticals clinical trial, eliminate trial and error form medicine, and lastly, time-consuming. In this proposed work, we take hold of a study on one of the major neurological disorders called Alzheimer’s disease (AD) that could be prevented or the risk factor can be reduced by applying the customized medicine approach by artificial intelligence techniques. This article discusses how the utilization of a Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Approach - Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis Method (MOORA) assists in understanding students’ requirements, leading to the enhancement of college-level research teams and ultimately elevating the reputation of the institution. To begin with, it centres on the perspectives and fundamental requirements of students within the research team. Secondly, it underscores the importance of utilizing MOORA to rank these needs. Following the ranking procedure, its apparent that among all the criteria, Collaborative Efforts and Networking Strategies should be given a higher priority and least for Personal Interests or Hobbies. The assessment of a bank’s financial performance is crucial for its stakeholders as it enables them to make pivotal decisions. The paper aims to evaluate and rank the financial outcomes of ten privately owned bank in India over the time frame of ten years (2014-2023). The study uses financial ratios calculated under each of CAMEL (Capital Adequacy, Asset quality, Managerial Efficacy, Earnings profitability, and Liquidity) to give a view on banks strengths and weaknesses. According to the results, HDFC tops the ranking followed by IndusInd and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Financial inclusion is the most recent item to be explicitly added to the social inclusion agenda, and it advocates for all segments of society to have affordable access to a wide range of financial services Several national governments have undertaken financial inclusion initiatives. These, along with other international and national efforts, are producing results.</p> <p>Purpose: According to recent Global Findex data, the global share of adults having a bank account has climbed by seven percentage points since 2015. This study will compare financial inclusion developments in key Asian economies including India, Pakistan, China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and others. It is a descriptive study.</p> <p>Methodology: This research was conducted utilizing the Global Findex database of seven nations. Furthermore, binary logistic regression, panel regression, and pooled regression were used to investigate the amount of influence that the independent variable has over the dependent variables.</p> <p>Findings: Gender has less of an influence in India and more in Pakistan, but in all other nations, gender and age do not significantly explain people’s savings. Employers in the intermediate and small-scale industries are required to pay salaries using bank accounts. Moreover, India is not one among the frontier countries in EVs. <em>Methods</em>: The research is designed to adopt strategies by benchmarking from developed countries through Data Envelopment Analysis. An arrangement to find the optimal number of commercial CS based on the demand is obtained by forecasting the sales of EV through Exponential Triple Smoothening model. Further, the supply is validated through Sensitivity analysis by considering the utilization factor of EVs. For the Domestic CS, a gravity model is utilized to allocate facility points for EVCS by considering supply from substations of BESCOM and demand from estimated population in Apartment block areas of BBMP. <em>Results</em>: India is only 2% efficient when compared to Finland. The number of EVs to be registered in the next 4 years at Bengaluru Urban is 4,96,299 units. In May 2026 at 10% utilization of EV, the required number of CS shall be 492. Through a mixed-methods approach, including a structured survey questionnaire administered to 300 individuals from diverse geographical locations across India, the study explores the motivations, barriers, and perceived benefits associated with community engagement in conservation efforts. The survey instrument was designed to capture key dimensions of community participation, including levels of involvement, motivations, perceived benefits, and barriers to engagement. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative insights from open-ended survey responses were thematically analyzed.</p> <p>The key findings of the study highlight the central role of environmental concern as a primary motivation driving community participation, with participants citing improved environmental quality and strengthened community bonds as key benefits of engagement. However, barriers such as lack of awareness and limited resources were identified as challenges to participation. Work based self-efficacy is a concept which assesses employees confidence in being able to manage their respective occupational experiences. The theoretical platform forms when employees with better Occupational Self Efficacy (OSE) have been observed to increasingly look forward and also tend to be successful in their work related performance.</p> <p>However, when work related achievements are to be believed in, works in order to bolster an individual’s self-efficacy levels through a feedback structure, i.e., in persevering subsequent performance in order to reinforce one’s self-efficacy truths and beliefs.</p> <p>The primary objective of this study is to understand the Occupational Self Efficacy among Managers and Engineers. The second is to assess the impact of socio-demographic issues on the Occupational self-efficacy existing between the types of employees. This study was conducted in a manufacturing plant, i.e., a Public Sector Unit, located in the Industrial suburbs of Mysore city. The sample chosen consisted of a hundred and twenty respondents, as per the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Using the demographic data sheet and the occupational self-efficacy scale, the data was collected and analyzed using Regression analysis, two-way ANOVA, Duncan’s Multiple Range Test, and Descriptive statistics.</p> <p>The main findings are, that Engineers and Managers did not differ significantly in their scores across occupational self-efficacy; Second, the interaction effect between the type of occupation, income, age, and work experience, is found to be non-significant, which shows that the occupational self-efficacy scores are similar among employees. To summarize, OSE is concerned with the belief in one’s capacity and competency, to manage one’s functioning and thereby the events that affect one’s life.
